TGS Trailer is manufactured at Tegas Metal’s state-of-the-art production facilities, adhering to high quality standards at every stage. Our production process includes the following key steps:
CNC Laser Cutting: Our metal parts are cut with high precision and made suitable for transportation.
CNC Abkant Bending: Metal parts are bent with CNC hydraulic machines at the desired angles and with precision, ensuring perfect fit.
Welding and Assembly: With powerful welding technologies, all kinds of metal materials are brought together. In this way, long-lasting and durable products are created.
Surface Treatment and Painting: Protective painting processes of metal surfaces increase quality in terms of both aesthetics and durability.
